As part of the checkout process, we will provide you with a variety of trackable shipping options. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns.
Shipping Service Level Options
We currently offer three service levels for orders fulfilled at our Internet Warehouse: Ground, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day. For some US locations, including Alaska and Hawaii, we ship Flat Rate Priority.
TileSizer.com offers shipping to all United States addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. TileSizer.com does not currently support international orders.
Shipping to More Than One Address
TileSizer.com can only ship to a single delivery address per order during the checkout process.
1) Same-Day Shipping
If we receive your order by 12 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, our goal is to have your order picked, packed, and shipped the same day. If you do not receive an email notification that includes a tracking number within 24 hours, then please contact email@example.com immediately.
2) Calculating Order Arrival Date
Order processing time is the time needed to pick and pack your order. Our goal is to process your order in less than 24 hours, when received during our normal business week (Monday-Friday). Shipping time is based on the shipping service level option selected.
Total delivery time for orders is based on order processing time plus shipping time. You can track your package online as it makes its way to its final address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation with a tracking or delivery confirmation number. If you do not receive an email notification that includes a tracking number within 24 hours, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
3) Order Tracking and Delivery
You can track your package as it makes its way to its final destination. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation with a tracking or delivery confirmation number.
4) Damaged Merchandise
If your merchandise is damaged when it arrives, please reject the package and contact the delivery carrier.
