How do I return an item?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase of this Product. We will, at our option, repair or replace the Product that does not conform to the warranty. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished/remanufactured/pre-owned or new Products or parts. If you encounter a warranty related issue, please send an email to ccare@TileSizer.com within 30 days of purchase which includes a copy of the purchase receipt and an explanation of the warranty issue. A representative will contact you and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Warranty issues should follow this “Returns” process.
Items purchased on TileSizer.com may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. The item must be returned in good condition, unopened, not tampered with, not used, in original box, and with a copy of the original purchase receipt to insure full credit. Any product with opened or damaged packaging, may not be accepted as a return. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Once we receive your information, a representative will contact you to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We reserve the right to not accept returns that violate the return policy. An RMA number does not guarantee an accepted return. A $10 restocking fee per item may be applied to any returned item.
In special circumstances we may accept a Cashier Check in lieu of credit card. Please notify us prior to sending so that we can ensure the process is completed correctly. Please note that we cannot accept returns on Cashier Check items as we are not set up to cut checks to customers.
Our Return Policy Basics:
1.1.Items purchased on www.tilesizer.com cannot be returned to one of our Resellers. Products purchased from one of our Resellers cannot be returned directly to TileSizer™.
2.2.Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in good condition, unopened, not tampered with, in original box, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
3.3.All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order.
4.4.A copy of the packing slip/customer receipt must accompany all returns.
5.5.We make all reasonable attempts to administer return credits within 48 business hours after the product is received in our return center. We reserve the right to request additional information from customer as necessary.
6.6.Purchases made by the case can only be returned as a complete case as no partial cases can be accepted. We reserves the right to limit returns on large orders.
To Prepare Your Return:
Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
Clearly note reason for return on the receipt. Include RMA information.
