How long will it take my order to arrive?
Order arrival timelines are dependent upon delivery method and the inventory status. Typically, orders will arrive to your home within 5-7 business days. In rare instances, when an item in-stock becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified of the status of that order via e-mail.

We gladly ship within the 48 contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Did you receive my order?
When an order is placed on, an order confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer when the order leaves our warehouse with an estimated arrival date.  This typically happens within 24 hours of the actual order on standard business days. If you do not receive an email confirming shipment within 48 business hours, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at [email protected] as there may have been an issue processing your order.

What is a backorder?
When a product is labeled as backordered, this means that there is currently none available in stock to ship to the customer immediately. You may still place the order for the item and the order will shipped with availability.
